Outreach Ministry
As a diverse community of believers, the outreach of Victory Church is designed to spread love at home and abroad to people of all ages and backgrounds. What makes our church special is a genuine caring and gracious spirit. It’s a spirit that we attribute to Christ’s presence being fully alive and lived out through ordinary people who really are all about loving others.
Victory Church supports the program and ministries outlined below with the love of God. We appreciate the generous support from our partners who give to help us meet the tangible needs of people in our community and around the world.
StepUp Community Support
StepUP is a community support program designed to empower people and bring hope and support to people of all ethnicities living in and around the GTA.
StepUP provides food, household supplies, counselling and mentorship to help meet the tangible needs of people in our local community.
Victory Church hosts StepUp’s food distribution program with the help of wonderful volunteers like Patsy and Marla who volunteer in the weekly food giveaway program. All of our volunteers are committed to helping our neighbours in their time of need with the love and compassion of Jesus!

Nigeria & Philippines
Victory Church partners with Pastors and other ministries overseas for church planting and discipleship. These Pastors and ministries meet the tangible needs of orphans, seniors and families who are hungry and in need of education, clothing and food. A focus of the ministry is to also train and equip young people with a vocation and life skills so they can earn a living so one day they can help to support their families.
Victory Church also organizes international leadership training and overseas introduction to Christian leaders and Pastors.The need for the Gospel overseas is great.
We also facilitate connections and/or mission trips for individuals, groups or ministries in Canada or USA who want to give or visit these places to preach the gospel and support local churches.
The gifts from generous partners like YOU help us to change lives and share the love of Christ! It is our plan to expand our ministry focus to other countries such as Ghana, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Jamaica, Haiti, and to also minister to First Nation communities in Canada.
